I found that it was simpler to drag the post to tumblr bookmarklet from their goodies section to my safari bookmarks bar, then sync with iTunes. iTunes will sync bookmarks, which copies the link to the iPhone. This also works for delicious and other bookmarklet-equipped sites. I presume that you can do the same thing in Windows. Nice tip.
