here’s a way to capture the entire content of a webpage in some sort of a snapshot, without breaking them into pages (OS X):
- in the browser, go to File -> Page Setup.
- in Paper Size -> Manage Custom Size
- set up a paper size for about 8.5 x 30 in. (or equivalent in cm). the idea is to set a ridiculous length, so the output will be continous. change the width as well if the page doesn’t fit.
- use the standard print to PDF option (“Save as PDF).
i’ve used it to capture snapshots of websites i’m working on for a client. really useful to showcase the design and still be able to keep the whole thing in a file.
